Order Amendment, Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Amendment

- Orders can be amended only to either remove items or to decrease the quantities of items on an existing order. If you wish to add new items or increase the quantity, please raise a new order. New orders may still be delivered as a single delivery depending on when the additional order was placed in relation to the delivery of the existing order.

- Orders placed before 2pm can be amended up to 9am the following working day. Orders placed after 2pm can be amended up to 9am the day after the following working day. E.g., if an order was placed on a Tue before 2pm, it can be amended until 9am on Wed (of that week). Similarly, if an order was placed after 2pm on Tue, it can be amended till 9am on Thu (of that week).

- If order delivery has been requested by the customer for a particular (later) date, amendments can be requested until 9am on the day of delivery.

- Request for any amendments must be made in writing by contacting our customer services.

- In case of an order amendment, refund amount will be calculated and the customer will be informed about it via email. The actual refund of money will be processed within 3-5 working days.

Order Cancellation

- An order can be cancelled upto 9am the following day (of placing the order) - a cancellation fee of £2 will apply to cover the cost of processing refund etc. However, if the cancellation is requested after the cut-off time (9am the following day of placing order) and the goods have not been shipped, the cancellation will be at the discretion of Asianbuy.co.uk management and will attract a 10% (of order value) fee for such cancellations.

- If the cancellation is requested after the cut-off time (9am the following day of placing order) and the goods have been shipped from our warehouse, the greater of 10% of value of the order or total value of perishable goods, plus, delivery charges will be applied before processing the refund.

- Request for any cancellations must be made in writing by contacting our customer services.

- In case of an order cancellation, refund amount will be calculated and the customer will be informed about it via email. The actual refund of money will be processed within 3-5 working days.

Return of goods

- Customers are entitled to a return of goods within 14 working days of purchase provided the returned items are non-perishable or not personal hygiene products (which cannot be returned) and in an unopened original packaged condition that can be resold.

- To return the goods, customers need not pay any charges but return has to be arranged in one of following two ways:
     - either send us back the goods at your own expense (please contact our customer services team to notify return and for return address).
        or,
     - arrange a collection through our delivery team (same delivery charge will be applicable as in sending the goods and the schedule will depend on when our delivery vans are in your area which we will notify you one day in advance of collection).

- All request for return of goods must be made in writing by contacting our customer services.

- Any goods that does not meet our high standards, we will be happy to take them back at our own expense and process a refund against the returned goods(s). A collection schedule will be arranged with the customer to facilitate the return.

- In case of return of goods, refund amount will be calculated and the customer will be informed about it via email. The actual refund of money will be processed within 3-5 working days.

Account Cancellation

- Customers can cancel their account at any time - if you no longer wish to maintain an account with us, we value your right to privacy and following GDPR guidlines, will cancel your account from our systems.

- Cancellation of account could be requested by contacting our customer services. We will ensure that your account is cancelled within 14 days from the date of receipt of the request.

- Please be aware that once we have cancelled your account, you cease to be a member, will be unable to login into your account and your complete data (including purchase history) will be lost forever and cannot be retrieved. If you wish to rejoin - please contact our customer services to re-activate your account.
