Delivery Policy & Schedule

Delivery Areas and Post Codes:

We currently deliver to customers based in Greater Manchester only   The shipping cost is £2.99 for all areas of delivery and is added at the point of checkout. If in any doubt, please contact us for further details before placing the order.

Delivery is being planned for the rest of the UK soon, please watch this space...

Delivery Schedule :

  • We deliver orders 6 days a week Sunday to Friday - Saturday being the day-off (not a delivery day).

  •        - All orders received before 10:00 am on a delivery day, is scheduled for delivery the same day
           - All orders received after 10:00 am on a day, is scheduled for next day delivery
           - All orders received after 10:00 am on Friday until 10:00 am on Sunday is scheduled for delivery on that Sunday

  • On the day of delivery (as per schedule above), we will notify the customer two hours in advance by sending a text/SMS on the mobile number supplied. In case the customer is unable to receive the delivery, we will notify the customer again and attempt delivery within the next hour. If the customer is unable to receive goods the second time, we call the customer (on the mobile number supplied) to make alternate arrangement for the delivery (e.g., leaving the goods at a specified location, or with a neighbour etc.).

  • If the delivery cannot take place on the 3rd attempt as described above, we will brings the goods back to schedule the delivery for a later date in consultation with the customer - in this scenario, delivery charge will be payable once again by the customer.

  • In the event that the customer is unable to receive goods personally at the delivery address provided, and instructs us to deliver goods at someone else's premises, or, at a place of their choosing, we are unable to take any liability arising out it being unattended. Any consequences including tempering, contamination, theft, or anything else ontoward will be the sole responsibility of the customer in this event.

  • On delivery, we request our customers to sign-off the receipt of delivery to ensure we can provide the best possible aftercare.
