We currently deliver to customers based in the North West of UK only (in the following towns and associated post code areas). The shipping cost will be automatically calculated at the point of checkout based on the delivery post code. Please note that only geographic post codes are available for delivery - if in any doubt, please contact us for further details before placing the order.

Delivery policy & schedule :

  • We deliver orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays of the week (this is primarily to ensure fresh vegetables arrive at your doorstep the same day it reaches our warehouse from the airport).

  •        - All orders received between 10:00 am on Monday until 10:00 am on Wednesday of the same week will be delivered on Wednesday of that week
           - All orders received between 10:00 am on Wednesday until 10:00 am on Friday of the same week will be delivered on Friday of that week
           - All orders received between 10:00 am on Friday until 10:00 am on Monday of the following week will be delivered on Monday of the following week

           - Deliveries are currently planned for weekdays only

  • On the day of delivery (as per schedule above), we will notify the customer two hours in advance by sending a text/SMS on the mobile number supplied. In case the customer is unable to receive the delivery, we will notify the customer again and attempt delivery within the next hour. If the customer is unable to receive goods the second time, we call the customer (on the mobile number supplied) to make alternate arrangement for the delivery (e.g., leaving the goods at a specified location, or with a neighbour etc.).

  • If the delivery cannot take place on the 3rd attempt as described above, we will brings the goods back to schedule the delivery for a later date in consultation with the customer - in this scenario, delivery charge will be payable once again by the customer.

  • In the event that the customer is unable to receive goods personally at the delivery address provided, and instructs us to deliver goods at someone else's premises, or, at a place of their choosing, we are unable to take any liability arising out it being unattended. Any consequences including tempering, contamination, theft, or anything else ontoward will be the sole responsibility of the customer in this event.

  • On delivery, we request our customers to sign-off the receipt of delivery to ensure we can provide the best possible aftercare.
