PLACING AN ORDER
- Find and add products
- Fill out delivery details and
- Make Payment
- Either browse products using the navigation menu at the top of the page or simply use the search bar at the top left of the page if you have a specific product in mind. We have also provided easy to use filters on each page (right hand column) for you to narrow down your selection and choose your products quickly.
- Once you have identified the desired product, simply click “Add to basket” and the selected product will appear in your shopping trolley at the top right of the page on navigation menu.
- If your product comes with options on size or weight, click “Select options” and you can choose the exact variation from the following product page.
- When you have added all the products you wanted to purchase and now would like to proceed to checkout, just click the shopping cart at the top right of the page which will allow you to review your basket and make any amendments (you can delete products, increase or decrease quantities here). When you are satisfied with your final selection, click “Proceed to Checkout”.
- On the checkout page please fill out your contact information, including your email ID, Billing & Delivery address with postcode and telephone number. If you are already registered with us, you can simply log in using your email and password and your details will be automatically filled in.
- Select the payment gateway of your choice and click “Place Order”. Do not forget to read & click “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions”. “Continue to payment” to proceed for payment where you will be asked to to fill in your payment card details and proceed (the payment authorisation may take a few seconds to process.
- Once payment is authorised, you will be brought back to the order confirmation screen on our website and an email will be sent to your registered email ID or the email ID provided as a guest buyer.
- Please check your order email to satisfy that the details of order is correct and as expected. Sometimes order confirmation email may arrive in your SPAM folder, please make sure to check your SPAM folder if you do not receive an email in your Inbox and mark the email as “Not Spam” so that it arrives in your Inbox in future
- Order once placed cannot be amended by yourself in the system. If you wish to amend an existing order to either remove items, or to decrease the quantities of items on products ordered, please do so as soon as you realise it by writing to our customer services. If the goods have not left our warehouse for your delivery, we will be able to process the request and refund without incurring any charges; otherwise, the “Return” policy will be applicable.
- On the other hand, if you wish to increase the quantities, or want to add new items, please raise a new order. New orders may still be delivered as a single delivery depending on when the additional order was placed in relation to the delivery of the first order and we will refund your delivery charge if both orders can be delivered at the same time.
- Request for any amendments must be made in writing by contacting our customer services.
There is no minimum value of order to be placed – you can even order ONE single product from our website (or hundreds of products) as per your requirement – no order is small for us!
– you can request for a new product by clicking the link “Product not found? Tell Us” (also found at the very top of the page) and we will notify you as soon as the product becomes available; or, – in exceptional circumstances, write to us the name of the product in the “Order Notes (Optional)” box at the time of checkout. We will go out of the way to secure and supply it based on it’s availablity in the market (and if we can secure it in the timeframe for the delivery of your current order).
DELIVERY
We currently deliver orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays of the week (this is primarily to ensure fresh vegetables arrive at your doorstep the same day it reaches our warehouse from the airport).
– All orders received between 10:00 am on Monday until 10:00 am on Wednesday of the same week will be delivered on Wednesday of that week
– All orders received between 10:00 am on Wednesday until 10:00 am on Friday of the same week will be delivered on Friday of that week
– All orders received between 10:00 am on Friday until 10:00 am on Monday of the following week will be delivered on Monday of the following week
– Deliveries currently occur on weekdays only
RETURN AND CANCELLATION

- Customers are entitled to a return of goods within 14 working days of purchase provided the returned items are non-perishable or not personal hygiene products (which cannot be returned) and in an unopened original packaged condition that can be resold.

- To return the goods, customers need not pay any charges but return has to be arranged in one of following two ways:
– either send us back the goods at your own expense (please contact our customer services team to notify return and for return address) or,
– arrange a collection through our delivery team (same delivery charge will be applicable as in sending the goods and the schedule will depend on when our delivery vans are in your area which we will notify you one day in advance of collection)
- To return the goods, customers need not pay any charges but return has to be arranged in one of following two ways:

- All request for return of goods must be made in writing by contacting our customer services.
- Any goods that does not meet our high standards, we will be happy to take them back at our own expense and process a refund against the returned good(s). A collection schedule will be arranged with the customer to facilitate any returns.
