In compliance with the GDPR, we have set out our policies on how we collect, store, use and protect the information you provide to us when using our website or services.

What data do we collect and what do we do with the information provided?

The only data we seek or collect are the data that are absolutely necessary to execute our business processes. We may collect the following types of data during our engagement with the customer:

During Customer Registration:

When a customer registers with us (this activity is optional and voluntary), we collect the customer's full name, email address and contact telephone numer as shown in the registration form. This information is used for processing your order correctly, for timely and accurate delivery of goods, and for various promotional activities (including best deals, offers, other information in relation to your purchase etc.).

During purchase of goods:

If a customer has not already registered with us, or earlier information provided by the customer is inadequate to process the order, we solicit and collect the customer's full name, email address, billing and shipping address and contact telephone number.

In addition to the data on personal information above, we also collect details of the purchase (product & quantity) you have made through our website; however, we do not collect, store/retain or process any payment information whatsoever. Both sets of information provided above are used for processing your order correctly and to enable the timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Any Order Notes (optional) you provide along with the order is used to prepare and deliver your order accordingly.

While making payment:

To pay for goods and services by the customers, we use payment gateway providers who authorise and collect the payment on our behalf. When the customer proceeds to pay for the order, they are required to provide payment card details and other personal information - we have no visibility of the information you may provide to the Payment Gateway Providers (who are controlled and governed by the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK) in processing of your payment. We never store your credit card details or have any access to payment information provided.

Our connection to payment gateway is SSL-backed and the payments processing by the Payment Gateway Providers use 3D secure technology to process your payment data.

Protection of your payment information is paramount to us - your payment information is always processed securely.

While contacting us to provide comments, feedbacks, complaints or reporting issues:

You may need to contact us from time to time in relation to the processing of your order, to leave your comments, share your feedback, raise an incident or complaint with us. We use this information to take remedial actions and improve our services (as may be the case).

During Newsletter Subscription:

You may subscribe to our newsletter so that we can send you our offers and best deals from time to time to enhance your shopping experience - your email id is solicited for this subscription.

The subscription can be cancelled at anytime by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in every newsletter sent to you.

While writing reviews:

You may wish to write reviews (and provide ratings) on products purchased, or share your opinion on our goods and services. This data is captured by our review form on products and by a third party supplier (e.g., TrustPilot). We will display them on our website and our third party's website to enhance the shopping experience of other customers as it provides factual insight on products and services from actual consumer's perspective.

    We do not share, sell, lend or lease any of the information that uniquely identify a subscriber (such as email addresses or personal details) with anyone except to the extent it is necessary to process transactions or provide services that you have requested.

    In order to fulfil your order, process your payment details and to provide you with services, we may share your personal information with our trusted service providers including but not limited to payment gateway provider, delivery partners, analytics & search engine providers and credit reference agencies.

    Analytics

    Our website uses Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors use our website. We anonymise this data at the point of collection and automatically delete user and event data that is older than two years.

    Link to external websites

    It is possible that our website will include links to other websites of interest. Once you have used these links and leave our website, it is important to note that we no control over that website or its policies. We therefore cannot be held responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you may provide to those websites. Any third-party website included as a link on our website is not governed in any way by this privacy policy.

    Social media platforms

    We operate social media platforms. These platforms do not comply with current Data Privacy Act and subsequent GDPR provisions although they may well conform to the U.S Privacy Shield protocols.

    It is our policy that any personally identifiable data gathered on these platforms is only in response to users interacting out of their own volition with our marketing pages. The contact is deemed as a legitimate business enquiry. The personal contact data is removed from the site once the enquiry is processed or the user has requested to do so.

    Your rights as a consumer
