Customer can place order either as a "guest" (unregistered) or a "registered" user. In either case, we store details of your order in our system (to fulfil the order) and an order confirmation email is sent along with the details of the order along with the Terms. If you are a registered user, the details about your orders can also be found under My Account if you are a registered user. If you place an order as a "guest" without registering with our website, we will send the order details (along with these Terms & Conditions) in a confirmation email once you place an order with us.
We will assign an order number against each order placed by you and inform you of this number upon the confirmation of your order. It will help us if you can reference this number whenever you contact us about your order.
